ILYouth2 Youth Registration!

Youth under 18 are not able to be dropped off at ILYouth2 unless both of the following registration steps are complete:

Read our Liability Release Waiver and Policies (we'll have you sign a copy in-person).
Fill out and submit the online form below.

Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Responses to this form will be viewed by ILYouth2/ILY2 LLC staff only.
If you are registering multiple campers, you must fill out individual forms for each camper.
If you would like your camper to be allowed to leave ILYouth2 without an authorized adult signing them out, please get in touch to receive our Independent Release Waiver.
Families only need to fill out this form once annually. Each summer we begin form collection over, to ensure information is up-to-date.
