Summer 2026 Instructor Orientation!

Please fill out this poll by May 1st to determine a date for a 1 hour instructor orientation!

We tried this out last year and it was both fun and helpful! We’ll go over the handbook, y’all will have the opportunity to ask any questions, then there will be optional socialization and crafting time, if you’d like to get to know the other instructors. 

  • A meal will be provided (I’ll send food options once we have a date)!

  • Please note that orientation is mandatory (even for returning instructors)!

  • If you cannot make it, it isn’t a problem, but you must schedule a brief (10-20 min) IRL or zoom meeting with daelyn, to occur prior to the start of camps (June 15th).

Please fill out this form by May 22nd!
If you have not filled it out by May 22nd we cannot guarantee we will have everything you need.

  • If you’d like to discuss materials/supplies or visit the studio to see what we have on hand before filling this out, please contact daelyn ASAP to set up a time to do that!

  • Be as detailed as you need to be (ie: if there’s a specific brand, size, quantity, etc) .

  • Please include EVERYTHING you will need, even if it feels like an obvious studio staple (like scissors, pencils, etc), both so that we can be sure we have what you need, and also we’re able to set aside the materials and supplies you need for your camp ahead of time.

  • What you do not need to include (and will already be set up in the studio, for you to take advantage of) are: tables and chairs ; x2 air purifiers ; white board and markers ; projector and HDMI cable connector ; desktop computer ; laser printer with toner (b/w only) and paper ; extension cords.
