WELCOME, DEC. 13th YOUTH MARKET FAMILIES!!!

INFO FOR YOUTH VENDORS + THEIR HELPERS

  • Important times: Load in/Setup: 10am - 11am ; Market: 11am - 4pm ; Load out: 4pm - 5pm.

  • We’ll have liability forms that a parent or guardian must sign the morning of the market!

  • Please pack your vendor(s) a nut-free lunch and a water bottle or cup (we have a water cooler for refills).

  • Also remember to bring: your kiddo’s work, a way to take payments (vendors are responsible for their own sales), and any signage for their table (who they are, prices, etc). If you’re using payment apps we recommend printing out your @ and/or your QR code; and if you’re taking cash we recommend bringing change!

  • As a reminder, full tables are 72” wide by 30” deep, and half tables are 36” wide by 30” deep.

  • We have wifi + a restroom, which will be for vendors and vendor families only.

  • Youth Vendors will have the option to leave their remaining inventory at ILYouth2 after the market, for us to sell in our year-round shop. If you’re interested, we’ll have more details and a 3 month consignment agreement form available at the market!

  • Youth Vendors must stay in the ILYouth2 studio for the duration of the market (unless they completely sell out of work!). Parents/guardians may stay at their vendor’s table to support, hang out in our vendor/family area, or come and go. We’ll have ILYouth2 staff present if youth need to take a break from their table!

Please pay your vendor fee HERE!

CANCELLATIONS

This market is FULL, so if you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know asap, so we can pass your spot on to a waitlisted youth artist!!

We can offer refunds as long as we are able to fill your spot in time. Thank you :)

ACCESSING THE MALL

  • You may use any mall entrance, but we recommend using the main mall entrance on NE Multnomah Street across from Holladay Park, which will put you closest to our space!

  • The most convenient place to park to access this entrance is the small ground level parking garage at NE Multnomah St and NE 11th Ave.
