Autumn Arts Camp: Design Challenge
We’re stoked to be offering our second annual Autumn Arts Camp!! This year we’re bringing you project-based days that will deep-dive into subjects and mediums that will flex campers’ creative skills!
Monday, November 24th: Design Challenge!
Have you ever thought about how everything we interact with was designed by someone? From your chair to your toothbrush, every object we use and touch was designed (either considerately, or maybe not!) by a designer! In this one-day camp, campers will take the design seat, looking at common and not-so-common items, imagining ways they might be different, cooler, more efficient, and more. Their ideas will be explored through sketching and physical construction, through a lens of critical thinking and PLAY!
