Art Parties!

Whether a rad kid in your life has an upcoming birthday or you’re a kid at heart in need of a crafty night with friends—ILYouth2 is ready to party with you!

PARTY INFO

  • Party bookings include access to the ILYouth2 studio and 1-2 art projects facilitated by ILYouth2 staff.

  • Parties are 2 hours, with 1.5 hours of art project facilitation, followed by 30min of free time for opening presents, cake, etc.

  • Arrive up to 30min before party for (optional!) decoration set-up.

  • 16 participant max (does not include parents/chaperones).

  • Our art parties are for any age! Young kids to adults!

  • Party booker (age 18+) must be present for full duration of party, and must sign our party liability waiver.

  • Any necessary art materials are included. Party booker must supply any (optional) decorations, food, etc. Please note that ILYouth2 is a nut-free space, and does not have a refrigerator/freezer. 21+ parties are welcome to bring alcohol with advance approval.

  • 1-2 art projects, based on complexity and time needed. See our sample art project options below for some ideas, or we’ll brainstorm options for you to select from based around your party theme!

  • Parties are scheduled around our existing programming (very limited June-August), and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Full payment is due one week before your party, via online invoice.

PARTY THEME PROJECT EXAMPLES

  • Nostalgic: shrinky dink keychains, pony bead lizards, slime, friendship bracelets, scratch art, perler bead art, tie dye.

  • Artsy: oven bake clay creatures, Bob Ross style painting lesson, stamp printmaking.

  • or: just tell us your theme or party vibe, and we’ll give you a list of custom projects to choose from, tailored to your party! Kiddo loves Pokémon? Don’t worry we have Pokémon themed projects! Need a collaborative project for a work teambuilding party? We’ve got you! Let’s make it happen!

PARTY RATES

15% discount for ILYouth2 camper families!

  • Tier One (Full Cost) : $500

  • Tier Two (Discounted) $375

  • Tier Three (Discounted) : $250

We are also happy to discuss party add-on costs, such as additional time, custom decorations, food/drinks, or upgraded materials (for example: printmaking on tote bags instead of paper).
