ABOUT: In Print the World, campers will be introduced to the world of printmaking and learn simple ways to create prints: cyanotype, pressure printing, stamping, monoprints, and more! They’ll use these techniques in different fun, creative projects, like printing a shirt or turning objects from nature into a print ! Each day will introduce a new technique and a small project, culminating in a big final project where they will print their own design, using their favorite method, and share it with the rest of the campers.
INSTRUCTOR BIOS: Raphael Lewi (he/him) & Krystal Barrio (she/her) We are a duo of artists that has been working together ever since we met in art school, eight years ago ! We currently share a studio and collaborate on all sorts of projects. We are both very passionate about hands-on practices, thinking outside the box, and working with multiple mediums.
